  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Currently, we only accept payment in the form of personal checks and money orders via mail, or online by credit card through PayPal (you do not have to have a PayPal account in order to pay with a credit card -- PayPal will create a once-only account for you). Your order will be processed as soon as we receive payment.  If an item is not currently in stock, we will contact you with the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

     

    I don't know how to use PayPal. Does this cost me extra?

    Using PayPal in order to pay with a credit card is simple. You do not have to sign up with PayPal in order to pay by credit card. Simply choose "pay via PayPal" at the bottom of our ordering screen, and it redirects you to a secure server. Once you reach the secure server, it gives you the option of opening your already existing PayPal account or indicating that you do not have a PayPal account. 

    If you do not have a previous PayPal account, the secure server will let you enter a credit card, shipping and billing information (you may have already entered this through the shopping cart, but PayPal needs to verify your credit card and therefore asks for billing information again). Your credit card is then charged for your purchase and the information is deleted.  PayPal does not save your credit card information and uses an encrypted 128-bit Verisign security system to prevent anyone from using your information. This is completely safe and secure. Your credit card statement will list your purchase as PAYPAL*ONEHEARTONE as the vendor.

    You always have the option of creating a standard PayPal account as well, at no additional charge. You can refer to PayPal's website for further details: www.PayPal.com

     

    What if I need something right away?

    All items can be ordered and expedited, although the prices will vary depending on estimated date needed. For large orders, please contact us to receive a quote on the products you are interested in. You can contact us via email or telephone (please see Contact Us page for details).

     

    How long before I receive my order?

    If the item is currently in stock, your order will be processed and shipped within 7 business days* after receiving payment. If you are ordering online and the items are not currently in stock, they will be noted as such on the Product page of our website. If you are ordering by phone or mail, we will contact you to let you know that your order will take longer. In this case, it will take 4 to 6 weeks for you to receive your order.  All items can also be expedited, although additional charges will apply, and you will always have the option of cancelling your order and receiving a full refund.

    *Business days are Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm EST.  United States National holidays are observed.

     

    I want to order products for a fundraiser. Can I do that online?

    At this time, only small quantity orders can be placed online. Please contact us so that we can give you the best prices for your fundraising project. Please refer to our Fundraising and Contact Us pages for further details.
